Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Guwahati Art Club, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs, workshops, events, and products. Please read this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. General Policy
All registrations and purchases made through the Guwahati Art Club website, UPI or cash (receipt mandatory) are subject to this policy. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Courses & Workshops

• Cancellation requests received 7 days or more before the commencement date are eligible for a 90% refund, with a 10% deduction towards administrative and payment gateway charges.
• Cancellation requests received 3–6 days before the commencement date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course begins or in case of non-attendance.

Workshops of four (4) Days or Less

• No refund, adjustment, credit, rescheduling, or batch transfer will be provided for any workshop of four (4) days or less, irrespective of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

3. Events, Festivals & Discounted Programs
No refund, adjustment, credit, rescheduling, or transfer will be provided for:

• Events
• Festivals
• Discounted courses
• Discounted workshops
• Promotional offers
• Sale registrations
• Gift vouchers (if applicable)

All such registrations and purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Products
Unless a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, all product sales are final.
If a product is damaged or incorrect:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
• After verification, Guwahati Art Club may provide a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.

5. Cancellation by Guwahati Art Club
If Guwahati Art Club cancels a course, workshop, or event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment, participants will be offered either:
A full refund, or
An option to transfer to another available batch or event.

6. Digital Products
Fees paid for online courses, recorded sessions, downloadable materials, e-books, certificates, and other digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

•  Failed transactions are generally reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway.
•  If a failed transaction is not reversed within 7 business days, please contact us with your transaction details.
•  Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
